- 3-in-1 Feeding System: Crusher + Film-in-Roll Device + Feeding Device.
- Materials: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP.
- Ideal for in-house factory recycling of clean or washed film waste.
- Die face cutting system for bean-type pellets.
- User-friendly design reduces labor costs.
Product Specifications
- Crusher: Reduces plastic waste to compact pieces, blown into the storage tank.
- Waste Storage Tank (Cyclone Hopper): Collects plastic pieces for feeding.
- Screw + Inverter: Conveys waste automatically to the extruder only when full (energy saving).
- Forced Feeding Device: Ensures smooth feeding into the extruder.
- Hopper: Stores material before extrusion.
- Vented Extruder: Designed for inked, foamed, and wet waste. Optional vacuum pump for better venting.
